Message from Principal and Founder Maxime H. Beaulieu, Esq.
Allow me to personally welcome you to the Beaulieu Law Firm. I am Maxime Beaulieu, but you can call me Max. At my firm, I take a vested interest in serving the Hospitality and Entertainment industries, along with small to mid-size businesses. With my extensive background in the hospitality and entertainment industries, I serve as your right-hand man where legal matters are concerned, so you can focus on what matters most; running your business.
My mission at the Beaulieu Law Firm is simple: provide you with client specific legal counsel that serves as the solid foundation on which to build your business. I recognize that, like no two cocktails are the same, neither are two businesses. ABOUT MAX BEAULIEU
Max is the Principal and Managing Attorney of the Beaulieu Law Firm. Max has an extensive career in all aspects of the hospitality and entertainment industry. From forming hospitality groups to forming record labels, liquor licensing to music licensing, drafting partnership agreements to reviewing recording deals – Max’s extensive experience will help restaurateurs and entertainers protect their assets and advance their business endeavors.
During his time at a prestigious hospitality law firm based in New York City, Max advised restaurateurs from the mom and pops shops to the world-renowned fine dining establishments. Max was at the forefront of forming many hospitality groups, negotiating licensing deals with international brands, and finding creative ways to navigate through NYC’s complex restaurant related rules and regulations.
Born in Brooklyn and raised in Long Island, Max graduated from Vermont Law School where he studied entertainment law and played on the rugby team. Max is currently admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bar. Max has experience in developing the legal infrastructure for the start-up sports leagues, as well as advising various athletes on a multitude of business transactions.
When not working in the New York City and frequenting restaurants, Max lives in Long Island with his wife and daughter and roots on his New York Knicks during his downtime.
